
One-to-one sessions — precise, personal, transformative
Group classes provide a common structure. Private sessions teach you how to practice: to listen to your body, refine technique, and sequence a home practice that fits your life. Many begin with a single session alongside classes; others work with Shane weekly for years, developing steadier energy, clearer focus, and a practice that moves with them.
The first session is an introduction; from there guidance deepens. Shane offers precise, patient instruction and practical cues you can use at home, so practice becomes a dependable skill of perception, choice, and self‑care.
Yoga was traditionally taught teacher to student. Shane continues that tradition, working with only a few students each week with patience and presence. This is for those ready to commit — to listen, refine, and learn from within.
Sessions are 90 minutes, offered in person or online — providing focused, personal support wherever you are, at home or while traveling.
