Group classes provide a common structure. Private sessions teach you how to practice: to listen to your body, refine technique, and sequence a practice that fits your life—a practice you can carry with you and always return to. Many start with a single session alongside classes; others work with Shane weekly for years, developing steadier energy, clearer focus, and practice that endures.
The first session is an introduction; guidance deepens from there. Shane offers precise, patient instruction and practical cues you can bring into daily life, so practice becomes a dependable skill of perception, choice, and self‑care.
Yoga was traditionally taught teacher‑to‑student. Shane preserves that apprenticeship model, working with only a few students each week with patience and presence. This is for those ready to commit — to listen, refine, and learn from within.
Sessions are 90 minutes, offered in person or online—providing focused, personal support whether you’re local, traveling, or meeting remotely.
